Who is Jerry Yeghichian?

JERRY IS A PASSIONATE PROPERTY DEVELOPER, PROPERTY CONSULTANT AND MENTOR.

With over twenty years of experience, acting as a lead sales consultant, industry expert and director, Jerry has accumulated a wealth of experience. He opened his first real estate office in Ashburton late 2008, before opening another three offices and a commercial department in the years shortly after.

Jerry has been involved with, or has overseen property sales to the value of over $4billion, and has bought, sold and developed over $110 million in real estate over 40 projects, and counting.

Jerry manages property developments for himself and others. Not only is he a licensed estate agent, but has led a large and successful sales and property management team, and has helped many clients build significant wealth along the way. Jerry has become well-known for his coaching and mentorship skills, and he hopes that by sharing his knowledge and teachings that others will find similar success.

Jerry has created his own Sales and Property Management business, 11 North Property Group – managing and selling properties across the Melbourne region with points of difference that counters the trend of a typical real estate agency.

What is your mentoring process?

This differs from person to person and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Some people require mentoring or assistance with a particular development, some are looking for JV partners, and some want to learn about all the steps required in a property development from conception to completion.

There is no one size fits all, and our primary objective is to get an understanding of where you are at where you want to get to.

Can I present my development to you for an opinion?

Yes you can, however my run down and assessment will be brief. For an in-depth analysis and feasibility you will need to engage my services.

Do you run developments through property options?

Whilst I’m happy to entertain the possibility, a proposal will need to be submitted for my consideration. Property options don’t fall within my philosophy however, there are opportunities that could represent excellent value and may be considered on a case by case basis.

How is my information handled?

With complete discretion and privacy. Our conversations and information you provide are kept strictly confidential and will not be distributed to third parties unless you express permission in writing.

Do you offer any other coaching and mentoring?

Yes. If you have particular goals in mind, I can help you achieve them. A lot of my experience is helping Real Estate Agents excel in their careers, so I can offer mentoring and coaching to elevate their career whether it be in sales or business.
